
The Dollar Menu: Juried Show
July 11th - August 8th
The Show Enjoy!
The concept for this show was for artists to create pieces made from dollar store items or utilize imagery of the dollar in the work they entered. The result is a curious collection of diverse work that demonstrates the varied interpretations of the guidelines. The variety of work also illustrates the uniqueness of each individual artist’s response to the task of creating work that expresses their opinions of the national and global economies, consumerism and disposable commodities.
